TERMS: when orders are placed online, we strive to ship the order same or next business day. Transit time maps are below. Days in transit are business days and do not include the day the order is shipped. Keep in mind that transit times as well as turn around times may lengthen during peak holiday season. ORDER EARLY as we cannot be responsible for delayed package delivery due to inclement weather, incorrect addresses or on behalf of the overwhelmed schedules of FedEx and USPS. 

ADDRESS ACCURACY: packages unable to be delivered on time or packages that are returned due to inaccurate addresses will not be refunded. If a package needs to be shipped out a second time, the customer will be responsible for payment of both freight cost and product. 

FREE SHIPPING: applies to orders placed online (not in-store or by phone). Qualified orders must meet the required minimum dollar amount for each address shipped to. 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: all chocolate shipping during warm weather will be packaged in an insulated box with an ice pack. Orders that will be in transit over the weekend might be held until Monday to prevent melting
